• Study Abstract: This study evaluates the usability and acceptability of NEAT-O in 15 participants to refine the program's content and delivery methods. Participants will use the app over a structured timeline and provide feedback through surveys and optional interviews. The goal is to refine NEAT-O to ensure it meets the needs of real-world users and supports long-term recovery.
• Research Question: How effectively does the NEAT-O mobile app improve user engagement, accessibility, and adherence to CBT interventions among individuals with opioid use disorder?
• Methodology: The study is being conducted as part of a multi-phase study under a UG3/UH3 grant structure. Participants will be recruited from diverse clinical and community settings. Data collection methods include:
  • Structured online surveys
  • Optional semi-structured interviews
  • In-app engagement metrics

The app is being evaluated for usability, therapeutic engagement, and barriers to access among individuals with OUD.
